The multidisciplinary centres

Face and Neck Oncology Clinic

Cancer of the cervical-facial sphere often has a bad reputation because it directly affects important functions such as facial appearance, speech, swallowing or breathing, and because the treatments often prove to be heavy, mutilating and very disabling psychologically.

This type of cancer is more common than people think and affects all age groups of the population.

Early diagnosis remains the best chance of cure.

Our specialists and paramedics

Face and neck oncology clinic

Clinical examination is the easiest way to suspect cancer.

The attending physician as well as the dentist are often the first to be consulted.

Additional examinations allow the stage of development to be assessed. Care is always multidisciplinary: medical (oncologists, radiotherapists and surgeons) and paramedical (nutritionists, speech therapists and psychologists).

It aims to personalise each treatment in order to give each patient, according to their particular situation, the best chance of recovery and rehabilitation to regain a harmonious social life.
