Visits from the 5th day and Covid Safe Ticket mandatory

The presentation of a Covid Safe Ticket and an ID card is mandatory (from the age of 12) to visit a patient hospitalised (Delta Hospital, St-Anne St-Remi Clinic, Braine-l'Alleud Hospital). 

The visitor will have to validate his CST with our security guard before going to the care unit. 

Once the CST has been validated, the visitor will receive a bracelet authorising them to visit the hospitalised patient. The control of the bracelet will be carried out by the nursing staff of the unit.

 

Practical details

Visits are authorised from the 5th day of hosptalisation onwards.

One person per day for one hour.

Delta Hospital

  • Validation of CST on the 3rd floor of the hospital.
  • Visits to inpatient units, Geriatrics and Physical Rehabilitation: from 4pm to 7pm.
  • Maternity wards: only the partner. Siblings are not allowed to visit at this moment.
  • Paediatrics and Neonatal Intensive Care: Parents only. Siblings are not allowed to visit at this moment.
  • ICU: by appointment 02/434.89.75

St-Anne St-Remi Clinic

  • Validation of CST at the entrance of the hospital.
  • Visits to inpatient units, Geriatrics and Physical Rehabilitation: from 4pm to 7pm.
  • Maternity wards: only the partner. Siblings are not allowed to visit at this moment.
  • Paediatrics and Neonatal middle care: Parents only. Siblings are not allowed to visit at this moment.
  • ICU: from 4pm to 5pm.

Braine-l'Alleud - Waterloo Hospital

  • Validation of CST in front of the lifts, on the ground floor of building A (main entrance).
  • Inpatient units: from 4pm to 7pm.
  • Geriatrics:
    • from 4pm to 7pm, by appointment: 02/434.72.00.
  • Physical rehabilitation
    • from 4pm to 7pm, by appointment: 02/434.71.01.
  • Maternity ward: only the partner. Siblings are not allowed to visit at this moment.
  • Paediatrics and Neonatal Intensive Care: Parents only. Siblings are not allowed to visit at this moment.
  • ICU: by appointment 02/434.93.24.

Exceptions 

  • Visitors under 12 years old at the time of the CST validation.
  • Visitors to patients at the end of life, in palliative care or with a slippage syndrome.
  • When the visit is a therapeutic means, based on an assessment by the doctor responsible for the patient's treatment in the hospital.
  • External health professionals, i.e. professionals having a therapeutic relationship with patients, including treating physicians.
  • Deliverers, suppliers, technicians coming for maintenance, any trade, etc. not in contact with patient.
  • In the event of an emergency: ambulance drivers, firmen, police, etc.
  • Accompanying persons as defined: the person who accompanies a vulnerable, fragile, or sick person in a health care esthablishment, during the time of care.
