Mother friendly concept

The aim of this concept is to accompany and respect the needs of the mother and the baby during labour and delivery:

* Encouraging mothers to be physically and emotionally supported by the person of their choice during labour.

* Allowing mothers to drink and lightly eat during labour.

* Encouraging mothers to consider the non-medical methods to help ease the pain while respecting their preferences.

* Encouraging mothers to walk and move during labour and adopt the position of their choice for the birth.

* Avoiding all invasive procedures (induced labour, artificial rupture of membranes, ...).
