Rheumatology

Rheumatology services are available at all CHIREC sites for patients with conditions affecting the locomotor system (conditions affecting the bones, joints, muscles, tendons and ligaments). The wide-ranging group of specialists working within this department are able to offer multidisciplinary care from diagnosis to treatment. Rheumatology is one of the specialties covered by the Locomotor Centre, which also brings together physiotherapy, physical medicine and orthopaedics to provide integrated patient care.
