Our Clinic
For anyone who recognizes themselves, or a loved one, in the following lines...
Current studies show that more than 30% of workers (including stay-at-home parents) are exposed to stress, and at least 10% of them show real signs of exhaustion that can lead to burnout.
Unfortunately, since the start of the health crisis and the ongoing economic crisis, these numbers have continued to rise.
But these statistics represent people, human beings who need significant support.
Since 2014, stress and burnout have been legally recognized as psychosocial risks and, as such, must be addressed through prevention and appropriate care.

Our approach
An initial consultation is carried out with a member of the team (doctor or therapist) in order to establish an initial assessment with you and propose a program tailored to your situation.
Comprehensive medical care provided by one of our therapists specialized in burnout, in collaboration with all the medical and other specialists at CHIREC that you may need.
All of this is done in full collaboration with your general practitioner.
Attentive listening and individual support provided by our therapists, whatever your difficulty may be: stress and anxiety, panic attacks, workplace conflict, workplace harassment, parental overload, etc.
A team of coaches whose goal is to help you gradually, and at your own pace, access your full potential and turn difficult experiences into a strength: bouncing back, giving yourself permission to dare and succeed, improving communication, preparing for and supporting change, etc.
Return-to-work workshops designed to best prepare you for re-entering the professional environment, whatever it may be.
Complementary support through gentle therapies such as cranial relaxation, Qi Gong, Shiatsu, or Tui Na (a therapeutic massage from traditional Chinese medicine), in order to calm your nervous system and reconnect with your body.
