At our counters
At each hospital site, a member of staff is on hand to welcome patients wishing to receive explanations about their bill(s).
Delta Hospital: our counter is on the ground floor, office no. 1, next to central admissions. It is open from Monday to Friday, from 8.15am to 12.15pm and from 1.15pm to 3.45pm.
St-Anne St-Remi Clinic: our counter is located on the ground floor in the corridor to the right of the central reception. It is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 4pm.
Braine-l'Alleud Hospital : our counter is located on the 4th floor: follow the signs as you exit the lifts in the main entrance hall of building A. It is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 3:30pm.
