Billing and Administrative and Financial Contact Patients

Our role is to compile all the data needed to draw up an invoice: days spent in hospital, packages, room category, pharmaceutical specialities, prostheses or implants, medical fees, miscellaneous, patient insurability, etc.

We then draw up the invoices to be sent to mutual insurance companies, insurers and patients.

At our counters
At each hospital site, a member of staff is on hand to welcome patients wishing to receive explanations about their bill(s).

Delta Hospital: our counter is on the ground floor, office no. 1, next to central admissions. It is open from Monday to Friday, from 8.15am to 12.15pm and from 1.15pm to 3.45pm.
St-Anne St-Remi Clinic: our counter is located behind the central reception, on the left. It is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 4pm.
Braine-l'Alleud Hospital : the Patient Relations Department is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm. This service is located on the 4^th floor: follow the signs as you leave the lifts in the main entrance hall of building A.

Invoice payment reminder

Chirec group works with the company POM. SMS reminders to pay bills are sent via the number 8686. This is not a hacking attempt.
