Psychiatric day care centres
Presentation
Le Lieu-Dit is an intermediary facility providing psychotherapeutic care in a day hospital setting, which can be an alternative to hospitalisation or a complement to outpatient treatment.
This setting allows people to remain in their own environment, while offering them a third space and a place of temporary support aimed at achieving greater autonomy and better management of their difficulties.
The aim of this care is to help them get back on their feet, while respecting the individual's own pace of development.
Our patients
We welcome adults who are well grounded in reality and who, despite their disorder, have sufficient internal solidity to enable them to work on introspection.
Therapeutic framework
Our methodology is based on group work. This enables people to interact, share their life experiences and enrich their understanding of reality.
To do this, we offer a range of activities using a variety of media that facilitate self-expression and serve as a support for reflection and verbalisation.
Terms and conditions of care
We aim to work with people to develop projects lasting a maximum of 6 months. If the person so wishes, this period can be extended with the agreement of the team.
However, the total duration of care cannot exceed 2 years.
Admissions
We offer 3 application interviews:
- Two interviews with the referees
- And a third with the doctor in charge to assess each person's application. There is a charge for this last interview.
Admission is final after a 2-week trial period.
Presentation
La Palière is a one-day hospital for an average of 8 people a day, open from Monday to Friday.
La Palière sees itself as a springboard for referral to other support structures.
Its objectives are to:
- offer an alternative to hospitalisation
- prepare for hospitalisation in order to reduce its duration when it cannot be avoided
- pursue the objectives defined during a hospital stay.
This setting enables people to remain in their own environment, while offering them a third-party space and a place of temporary support to help them become more independent and better able to manage their difficulties.
The aim is to help patients get back on their feet, while respecting their individual pace of development.
Our patients
We take in adults from all walks of life, with the exception of patients with active addiction and/or psychotic decompensation.
Therapeutic framework
Our methodology is based on group work to encourage re-socialisation. This work enables people to interact, share their life experiences and enrich their understanding of reality.
To do this, we offer a range of activities using a variety of media.
Admission
We offer two application interviews:
- An interview with a referee.
- An interview with the psychiatrist in charge. There is a third-party fee for this interview.
Admission is final after a one-month trial period.
