The Team
Dermatologist - Medical coordinator

Our clinic and its functioning
We provide care for all types of skin cancers, including :
- Cutaneous melanoma, a malignant tumor of melanocytes requiring thorough evaluation and a fully integrated multidisciplinary approach.
- Squamous cell carcinoma, a cancer with variable evolution that may require specific surgical or oncologic management.
- Basal cell carcinoma, the most common skin cancer, often treated locally but which, in advanced forms, may benefit from specialized surgical or targeted treatments.
Our clinic relies on a team of expert specialists, including :
- Dermatologists, specialized in dermato-oncology, advanced diagnostic techniques (dermoscopy, total body mapping with FotoFinder®), and oncologic dermatologic surgery (excision, biopsy, and flap reconstruction).
- Plastic surgeons, trained in excision and reconstructive techniques, as well as sentinel lymph node surgery.
- Medical oncologists, experts in the prescription and monitoring of systemic therapies (immunotherapy, targeted therapy).
- Radiation oncologists, for both curative and adjuvant radiotherapy indications.
- Pathologists, responsible for precise diagnosis and molecular tumor analysis.
All non-standard therapeutic decisions are discussed in Multidisciplinary Oncology Conferences (MOC), ensuring the best personalized strategy for each case.
Available Treatments
Our dermatologists provide a broad range of non-surgical treatments for superficial or early-stage skin cancers:
- Cryotherapy (cold treatment)
- Photodynamic therapy (application of a photosensitizing agent followed by light exposure)
- Topical immunotherapy (stimulating the immune response locally)
- Prescription topical creams
- Close dermoscopic monitoring of suspicious lesions
- Full-body mapping with FotoFinder®
Surgery remains a cornerstone in skin cancer management.
Our surgical procedures include:
- Simple or wide tumor excision with margins adapted to current recommendations
- Skin reconstruction using flaps or grafts when necessary
- Sentinel lymph node biopsy to assess early melanoma spread
- Intraoperative frozen section analysis to confirm complete excision during surgery
For advanced or metastatic stages, we offer:
- Immunotherapy (anti-PD1, anti-CTLA4) to enhance the immune response against cancer cells
- Targeted therapies acting specifically on tumor mutations (BRAF, MEK, etc.)
- Chemotherapy, in rare cases where it remains indicated
We provide precise, patient-specific radiotherapy treatments. The doses and techniques are adjusted according to each person’s age, health condition, and individual needs, to ensure the best possible effectiveness while protecting healthy tissues. Each patient receives personalised follow-up throughout their care.
