CHIREC is committed to improving the patient experience through a collaboration with Antares Consulting.
A pilot project was launched to optimise reception and administrative support at the three hospital sites, involving 199 patients and 75 professionals through interviews, satisfaction surveys and observation sessions.
The positive feedback has enabled us to identify areas for improvement tailored to the specific needs of each site. Building on this momentum, CHIREC intends to extend the approach to other departments, in order to meet patients' expectations even more effectively, while maintaining its commitment to quality care and a welcoming environment.
