Back school

This program aims to support people suffering from back pain by helping them regain comfort, mobility, and confidence in their daily movements.

Rehabilitation Program

This program is intended for anyone suffering from back (spinal) pain for more than six weeks, as well as those who have undergone spinal surgery less than three months ago.

It aims to help participants better understand and manage their pain in a safe and supportive environment.

Throughout the program, you are supported by a specialized team composed of:

  • Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (PRM) physicians
  • Physiotherapists
  • Occupational therapists
  • Psychologist

Together, they provide comprehensive and personalized follow-up tailored to your needs.

The program includes 36 sessions of 2 hours each, held twice per week.

Two time slots are available:

  • 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
  • or 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Sessions take place in small groups to encourage interaction, progress, and a supportive atmosphere.

Before starting, a consultation with a PRM physician is required.

Initial assessment: motor, functional, psychological, and ergonomic evaluation

Practical training:

  • Spinal stabilization and strengthening exercises
  • Relaxation techniques
  • Learning back-protective movements
  • Breathing and stretching exercises
  • Endurance and physical reconditioning

Final assessment: evaluation at the end of the program
